VILLAGE ZONING ORDINANCE: The Village Zoning law addresses such things as Residential, Commercial and Industrial District Regulations; changes in building use; Historic Overzone issues; building lot requirements; and additions and alterations among other things. If you are planning to do any work on your property, call the Building Inspector for a determination as to whether you need a building permit.
